1. Intellectual Property Rights

Hindi Khabri respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include the following:

• Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
• Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Hindi Khabri may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Hindi Khabri has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
